Art Contest
Submission Guidelines
1. Purpose Pediatric Mental Health
Awareness. More than 14 million children
in the United States have a diagnosable mental health disorder. Glad to Give is hosting the Art Contest and
our Big Event in February to raise awareness in our area for Children’s Mental
Health.
2. Eligibility Students grades K-12
who reside in Weber and Box Elder Counties are eligible to enter.
3. Theme “What brings you Hope and
Happiness?”
4. Restrictions Entries must be 8.5
inches x 11 inches or smaller. 2D and photography only,
please do not affix anything to the front of your artwork. Please include Artist name, age, school, and
phone number or email address on the back of your piece. (We will only use your information for
judging and for notifying winners.)
5. Deadline Entries must be
postmarked by January 31st, 2016; February 3rd, 2016 is
the last day for collection.
6. Submission If your school has
chosen to not hold entries for collection, or if you are home schooled, you may
mail your entry to:

7. Agreement By submitting your art
to Glad to Give’s contest you agree to the following:
a. I
am the creator of my piece and it is my own original work.
b. I
grant Glad to Give permission to reproduce images of my artwork on Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, gladtogive.blogspot.com, and event promotion materials.
c. I
realize that my artwork will not be returned to me unless I provide a
self-addressed, stamped envelope with my submission; or in the event that I win
the contest.
